Reach out through the contact form to set up an initial phone call.
I can answer any questions you have and we can see if I’m the right therapist for you. There will be no obligation to go ahead after that.
If you do decide to go ahead, we’ll arrange a time for you to come and see me in Epsom

Not if you don’t want to.
Many treatments for trauma involve talking about it repeatedly, until you become desensitised. This works for some people but, for many, it can be an incredibly painful process. Sometimes impossible.
I can help you uncouple the intense feelings from those memories in a much quicker and gentler way.
We’ll also focus on how your life is being affected now, and look at solutions for that.

No. I don’t work like that. In your very first session, we will work on calming your mood and finding hope. My aim is for you to feel progress in every session.

Yes.
All good therapists should have a supervisor. This is an experienced practitioner who can review our work, give us guidance and keep us on track.
While I’m finishing the final part of my new Human Givens qualification, I meet my supervisor for 1 hour, for every 8 hours of therapy that I deliver.

Human Givens is “as brief as possible therapy”. The goal is to get your life working for you so that you can go out and live it.
There isn’t a set number of sessions because this is tailored specifically to your needs. But hopefully you’ll notice a difference in just a handful of sessions and for some, that’s people, that’s all they’ll need.

While I finish the final part of my new qualification, I’m not charging for the therapy itself.
I only ask that you make a £15 contribution towards my expenses (mainly room hire).
